As the
Assistant Clinical Director – Autism Center , you’ll serve as a key clinical leader supporting the quality, growth, and success of our ABA programs. Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical teams, mentor Clinical Managers and BCBAs, and ensure high standards of ethical, evidence-based care. This role balances leadership with direct clinical work, maintaining a reduced BCBA caseload while driving team performance, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for children and families. Master’s degree required Active BCBA certification and Utah Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Provide clinical oversight and leadership to Clinical Managers, BCBAs, and Behavior Analyst Interns Maintain responsibility for clinical quality, client progress, and team performance outcomes Support and mentor Clinical Managers in leading high-performing teams Train, coach, and develop BCBAs and BAIs toward independence and clinical excellence Conduct quality checks on treatment plans, documentation, and service delivery Maintain a reduced billable caseload (approximately 25–50% of a typical BCBA caseload) Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, insurance requirements, and KOTM policies Collaborate with leadership on caseload management, staffing needs, and program growth Support intake, onboarding, and hiring for clinical staff as client growth permits Schedule
Full-time, typically 40 hours per week Core hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Some flexibility required for supervision, meetings, or events Benefits
