Director of Maintenance
Full‑time opportunity at Atlantic View Post Acute.
Salary: $58,000–$98,000 per year.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance position.
Nursing home experience required.
HVAC certification strongly preferred.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Licensed in accordance with applicable standards, codes, labor laws.
