To meet new market demands and strengthen our presence, we are expanding our CPM organization. We’re looking for a
Territory Manager
to drive growth in Germany across all markets—capital equipment and aftermarket solutions.
Your Role
As Territory Manager, you will:
Lead commercial efforts for CPM’s product line in Germany, working closely with the Commercial Aftermarket Director EMEA.
Grow our market share by prospecting and developing new business in oilseed, feed, and alternative fuels.
Manage strategic accounts and ensure alignment with global strategies.
Provide technical support, including equipment sizing, process evaluation, and product training.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and technology offerings.
Report on market developments and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
10+ years in sales, preferably in feed or biomass industries.
Proven experience in the German, Swiss, or Austrian markets.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
Fluent in German and English.
Residing in Germany (with work rights), ideally near Bavaria or Austria.
