Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated

Head of Product Management , reporting to the CTO ,

to enable rapid product development of GridCARE’s site analysis platform. You will be working closely with the GridCARE leadership team to define and execute a long-term product vision, balancing customer needs with long-term initiatives to improve platform performance and scalability, and to ensure the timely delivery of key product initiatives. You will help communicate with the founders and business strategy team to align product vision with the business goals and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.

Manage and run product sprints, planning sessions and designs, including overseeing production architecture and implementation.

Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and manage sprint plans ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Monitor product performance using analytics and OKRs to inform future development.

Advocate for scalable, sustainable, and secure product practices within the organization.

Help build out the product team working with the Engineering and Product Leads.

Qualifications Required:

Proven success leading the full lifecycle of a Software/SaaS/AI product — from concept through launch, iteration, and scaling.

Strong technical background — ideally an engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with deep understanding of software architecture, data systems, and modern development workflows.

Hands‑on product leader comfortable operating as a team of one initially, driving execution while setting long‑term product vision and process.

Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, business, and customer teams to translate complex technical needs into clear priorities.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills; able to balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools and workflows — you regularly use or manage products leveraging machine learning, generative AI, or advanced analytics.

Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment with high autonomy and accountability.

Preferred:

Engineering + MBA background or equivalent blend of technical and business training.

Knowledge of utility/ISO interconnection processes and power system studies.

Ability to review functional requirements and design requirements.

Background working with data centers, hyperscalers, or infrastructure‑focused products.
