to help clients plan memorable trips from home. In this role, you’ll guide travelers through destination options, create personalized itineraries, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel goals and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, and activities
Create and present customized itineraries
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and more
Provide support before, during, and after travel
Stay up to date on travel trends and industry insights
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Problem-solving mindset
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Comfort with online research and travel tools
