The Payments Platform is key to powering Capital One’s current and future financial products. As a Senior Product Leader, you will spearhead the strategic evolution of this platform, leveraging emerging innovations to unlock transformative value for our customers and the enterprise. Adept at navigating ambiguity and possessing a deep passion for architecting elegant platform solutions, this leader will bridge the gap between business intent and engineering excellence, partnering with technical leads to build systems that are as robust as they are innovative. As part of the role, the Director of Product will:* At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
