Job Spec: Are you a commercially driven Sales professional with experience selling data collection services? This is an opportunity to join a small, international research organisation that delivers complex quantitative studies for clients across Europe, Asia and the US. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll focus on winning new clients and building long-term partnerships in a business known for high repeat custom once relationships are established. The role is focused on new business development rather than account management. You'll engage prospects around tailored research solutions, advising on methodologies. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong office-based culture that supports close communication with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying, approaching and securing new B2B clients internationally
Developing long-term client relationships and partnerships
Advising prospects on appropriate quantitative research approaches
Negotiating commercial terms responsibly within agreed frameworks
Representing the business at selected industry events and conferences
Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records.
About you
5+ years of experience selling data collection services
Confident new business developer with a pragmatic, consultative style
Strong understanding of data collection methodologies
Comfortable working in English and German
Motivated, relationship-focused and keen to close business sustainably
Someone who is used to having autonomy rather than needing handholding.
To be considered you must hold a valid EU working permit or a visa and ideally be based in Germany or the EU. However, they are happy to consider someone based in the UK.
