What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and guide them in selecting a new Subaru, Subaru Certified Pre-Owned or other Pre-Onwed vehicle
Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles based on lifestyle and budget
Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences
Clearly explain features, options, and financing solutions
"Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrity—always in accordance with dealership policies and customer-first values."
Maintain customer relationships through excellent follow-up and personalized service
Keep current on Subaru inventory, new releases, and competitor offerings
Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and professional sales environment
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
A passion for cars and helping people
Prior sales experience (automotive a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confidence, motivation, and a team-first attitude
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
