HR Director , where you’ll lead people operations, shape culture, and elevate the employee experience across multiple Hawaii locations. About the Role As the HR Director, you will: Lead HR operations
across several retail sites, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence. Drive employer brand and culture , connecting HR with community initiatives, employee engagement, and internal communications. Manage the full talent lifecycle —recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession. Champion DEI efforts , embedding inclusive practices throughout the organization. Ensure compliance
with all relevant federal, state, and Hawaii employment laws. Partner with leadership
to build and sustain a positive, high?performing work environment. What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive HR experience , with
7+ years
in HR leadership (Manager or Director level). Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. SHRM?CP or SHRM?SCP preferred. Strong background in
organizational project management . Experience leading
change management and succession planning
initiatives. Broad HR expertise—compensation, employee & union relations, DEI, performance management, and rollout of new HR programs. Strong understanding of
Hawaii employment laws
and HR best practices. Who Thrives in This Role

Full?time, on?site role based in Kapolei, HI Candidates must
reside in Hawaii by the time of hire Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically
$140,000 - $170,000 annually . This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
