Applicants must have a strong desire to reform the political system, with a focus on primary reform, and at least 10 years' of experience, including a minimum of 5 years' in a management role. The role requires a proven track record in managing teams that oversee state campaign portfolios, particularly ballot campaigns, and a deep understanding of the political landscape. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, a strong relationship builder, and an exceptional leader with the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
