As HR Lead for North America, you will lead and inspire the NA HR Community at argenx, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and shared purpose. This entrepreneurial, globally experienced HR leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a successful track record of building talent and organizational capabilities through community leadership and cultural values in an organization with high growth. **Key Responsibilities** Serve as a strategic business partner to the argenx US General Manager, driving global and regionally specific culture, people, and organizational strategies.
This role will work closely with the HRBP for the US Commercial and Medical Affairs organization.The ideal candidate will share our passion for our mission and possess the ability to galvanize the argenx Way (cultural pillars and operating principles) around a compelling vision, engaging leaders and employees across the NA Community. This leader will be innovative, accomplished, and passionate about entrepreneurial and diverse global environments.
