Own the MarTech product vision and strategy, building and socializing a roadmap for an integrated MarTech stack Partner with Marketing, CX, Product, and IT stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs Define and prioritize opportunities in a structured product backlog using frameworks to guide investment Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to guide the delivery of solutions that balance technical feasibility with business outcomes Define KPIs and success metrics, running experiments to report on adoption, engagement, and ROI of MarTech initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with direct MarTech or marketing automation platform expertise preferred Strong understanding of email/SMS marketing, loyalty platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and personalization engines Proven ability to manage a structured backlog and deliver in an agile, product-driven environment Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Hands‑on experience with MarTech tools such as Listrak, Iterable, or Adobe Experience Manager Background in retail, loyalty, or customer engagement platforms Certification in Agile product management or related frameworks Curiosity and adaptability with emerging MarTech capabilities Equal Opportunity Employer
