JOB SUMMARY Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing recruiting events, maintaining the company's online presence, and providing front office support to drive growth and enhance brand recognition.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two-year marketing degree or equivalent experience
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience with social media and designing marketing materials
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) in dealing with various individuals
Understanding of job market
Experienced in recruiting and assessing resumes
Proficient in the use of In Design program and Microsoft Office Suite applications
Development of sensitive, highly confidential material requiring high level of confidentiality
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Excellent oral and written communication interpersonal skills, while maintaining confidentiality to the highest degree are crucial
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and manage recruiting events such as career fairs, networking sessions, campus visits, and virtual hiring events
Collaborate with community organizations and educational institutions to enhance workforce readiness
Provide career development and training tools
Engage in community outreach to increase employment opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies and associations
Work with management to identify employment needs and develop a plan to address those needs
Develop and create marketing programs to support companywide growth and expansion
Develop strategy to support increased name brand recognition
Coordinate/Facilitate site photos
Responsible for maintaining and updating the company's website
Develop and maintain marketing proposals, create promotional material and social media
Front office reception including monitoring telephone, mailings, and visitors' arrival
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Required to maintain a valid driving license
