About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates
About Affiliates Marketing (Taiwan) Team We are looking for a passionate, hardcore person who will help the local marketing team to manage a growing number of influencers.
The main focus of this position is onboarding influencers that will promote Binance to their audience, plus working closely with them to make sure their promotions are effective. A considerable part of the work is communicating with affiliates and providing all the assets and tools they need to drive more users to Binance.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, data-driven, and outgoing.
Responsibilities
Growing affiliate network: cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers
Negotiations, onboarding, paperwork if needed
Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve
Creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance
Support online & offline campaigns and events
Requirements
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Self-learning personality and ability to work independently
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage
Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable
