The Assistant Director of Rooms oversees all aspects of the Rooms Division. This role is responsible for ensuring hotel operations meet Hyatt brand standards while building strong colleague engagement, driving revenue performance, understanding guest needs, and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead short- and long-term planning for the Rooms Division Coach and develop management colleagues Direct payroll, reporting, forecasting, inventory, and budgeting for Rooms operations Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service quality Implement procedures that improve both guest and colleague satisfaction Attend We Care meetings and ensure guest issues are addressed in a timely manner Why This Opportunity

Four years or more of progressive Rooms Division experience, typically within Hyatt Service-focused leadership style with strong presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and team development experience Hotel or Hospitality degree preferred Proven ability to lead in a high-volume environment Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial performance Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in rooms operating systems Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
