Position Overview
Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Heyburn Branch. We're seeking a candidate with a passion for helping others, creativity, and a positive attitude.

We are "formally informal": business casual attire is allowed, 144 hours of PTO annually, employer-paid medical/dental/vision premiums, annual incentives, a compassionate culture, and open to change.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact with members.
Handle member transactions and accounts, primarily cash and checks.
Promote the credit union and its services while providing friendly service.
Travel to various Magic Valley branches to assist with teller operations as needed.
Maintain reliable transportation and flexibility for travel.
Qualifications
Highly proficient in cash handling, multiple denominations, and large amounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
Demonstrate confidentiality regarding member accounts.
Basic financial knowledge.
High school graduate or GED.
Must be bondable.
Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Pay $16.00–$22.00 per hour, DOE.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives for eligible employees.
