Position Overview As a Business Development representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging directly with national and regional home builders and multi-family contractors and developers. This position requires a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the home building/construction industry in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional home builders to promote PJD.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
Maintain bid logs with monthly presentations and market analysis to management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and builder association meetings to network and represent the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on selling directly to national and regional home builders in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Strong understanding of the home building industry, including trends, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, consistent, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
