New Age Cryo Position Overview New Age Cryo is expanding its service offerings in the Upper Midwest and is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Industrial Sales Specialist to drive growth in our newly launched Scaffold and Insulation division. This role is based out of our Fairmont, Minnesota branch and will focus on developing relationships and securing work at ethanol plants, industrial facilities, and manufacturing sites throughout the region. This is a high-impact growth role designed for an energetic, self-driven individual who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and wants to be part of something being built—not just maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business relationships with ethanol plants, industrial facilities, and factories across the Upper Midwest.
Sell scaffold services, industrial insulation, and bundled industrial service solutions.
Actively prospect, cold call, and visit plants to introduce New Age Cryo’s expanded capabilities.
Work closely with operations, scaffold, and insulation teams to scope projects and support execution.
Identify upcoming shutdowns, maintenance projects, and capital work.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
Attend site walks, pre-job meetings, and customer planning sessions.
Maintain strong customer relationships focused on long-term partnerships.
Represent New Age Cryo professionally in the field with a solutions-based mindset.
Support growth goals of the Fairmont branch and new division.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in one or more of the following:
Industrial services
Scaffold
Insulation
Maintenance, shutdowns, or plant services
Strong understanding of industrial environments, safety culture, and plant operations
Comfortable working directly with plant managers, maintenance managers, and engineers
Self-starter with strong work ethic and accountability
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Willingness to travel regionally throughout the Upper Midwest
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into ethanol plants or biofuel facilities
Existing relationships within industrial or manufacturing markets
Knowledge of shutdown planning, turnarounds, or maintenance cycles
CRM or pipeline management experience
