Senior Customer Service Representative

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our North American lighting and lighting control markets. This role is responsible for accurate order processing, proactive customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process customer orders within internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Provide product information and general support to customers
Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system (HubSpot)
Address customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently
Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role
Bookkeeping/AR experience preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Lighting or lighting controls industry experience preferred
