About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director / Director of Relationship Management to spearhead high-touch partnerships with RIAs, multi-family offices, and private wealth managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding new advisor relationships, driving platform adoption, and portfolio structuring. This role involves advising and educating sophisticated firms on private-market strategies and technology-driven solutions, as well as leading the onboarding and training process. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be independently driven, and possess a strong follow-through, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse audiences.
Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in advisory, relationship management, or sales within private markets, asset management, or wealth management, with a proven network in the RIA and family office space. Deep expertise in private markets, including VC, PE, co-investments, and alternative-asset allocation, is essential. The role also requires tech-platform fluency, with prior experience in SaaS sales, onboarding, or advisor training. The candidate will be expected to represent the platform at industry events and forums to enhance brand presence. A strategic, consultative approach and a strong focus on results are key attributes for this position.
