The Company is in search of a Vice President of Strategic Communications and Engagement to play a pivotal role in shaping and stewarding its voice during a significant period of growth and expansion. This senior leadership position demands a sophisticated strategist and compelling storyteller with a proven track record in defining and implementing organizational narrative and brand strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding how the organization tells its story, engages stakeholders, and positions itself in a rapidly evolving public landscape. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, narrative stewardship, and the integration of all communications and marketing functions. The role also involves managing a high-performing team, overseeing brand reputation, and amplifying the organization's ideas through various channels.
