Responsibilities

Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.

Collaborate with experienced agents to prepare and present property listings.

Participate in client meetings and property showings to gain firsthand experience.

Support the team in managing and organizing open houses and property tours.

Learn and apply effective communication strategies to engage with clients.

Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and online listings.

Shadow seasoned agents to understand the full real estate sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Passion for real estate and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.

Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to learn and improve.

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for marketing and communication purposes.

Compensation $97,500 - $185,000 yearly
