One-Year Mentorship Track to Agency Ownership.
Join a Winning & Fast-Growing Insurance Agency and Prepare to Launch Your Own. This is not a traditional producer role. We are seeking a driven, coachable Insurance Agent Prot g who wants to learn the business from the inside out with the clear goal of launching their own agency branch after one year. You will work directly under an experienced agency owner, learning sales, operations, carrier relationships, and leadership while building a strong foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Sell and bind personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Specialty)
Exposure to Life and Commercial lines as appropriate
Work warm inbound leads from marketing and referrals
Conduct needs-based conversations and close policies
Cross-sell and build multi-line households
Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM
Learn the business, sales systems, and day-to-day operations of an agency
Prepare to launch and run your own branch
What We’re Looking For
Active insurance licenses preferred but not required
Must be willing to obtain required licenses prior to start
Licensing costs reimbursed after passing and starting
Sales experience preferred, insurance or consultative sales a plus
Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term ownership goals
