Design business solutions that support our teams
As a
Business Analyst , you'll engage with stakeholder groups to design business solutions and support of our retail team and processes. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, happy to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever required to get organisation objectives done.
Reporting to the Group Product Manager - Guest Experience, you will ensure that processes adhere to organisational policies and guidelines with a mindset of continual improvement and driving ongoing efficiencies.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Work closely with the project team and ensure a smooth transition of the online retail solution to operations. You will be working with delivery leads, engineering leads, developers and testers.
Provide application continuous improvement and deliver upgrades and projects to maintain loyalty and accommodation products
Work closely with Group Product Manager to influence and shape roadmap
Proactively engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs.
Analyse and translate business needs into solutions and initiatives by managing components of initiatives/projects.
Develop, review, and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments.
Participate in system testing, training, user acceptance, and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems.
Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet business needs.
Maintain compliance with audit, application security, application role design, and segregation of duties findings.
Assist with governance and release of system changes to production.
What do we need from you Now let’s talk about you:
Functional expertise and demonstrated experience in IT implementation and transformation
Outstanding ability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
Experience with application security including roles design and mapping of business roles to transactions
Strong ability in establishing and achieving objectives with changing and often conflicting priorities
Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiating, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish strong working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of business and IT stakeholders from senior management to operational staff
