
Strategic Analytics Lead, Digital

Core Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical projects and support them to completion.
Analyze internal data sets to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Acquire, compile, and verify the quality of structured and unstructured data from various internal platforms.
Developiteur, maintain, and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Assist in designing, executing, and interpreting basic experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize internal processes.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively, using clear data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and visualization.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
Familiarity with Python and AWS/Redshift environments preferred.
Experience with Adobe Analytics is required.
Basic understanding of experimentation concepts and ability to assist in test design and interpretation.
Ability to bring together data from multiple platforms and perform analysis to support internal decision-making.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Stakeholder management experience helpful but not essential.
Financial services experience is a plus.
