Summary:
The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries and resolves issues through multiple communication channels. Demonstrating empathy and professionalism, they take ownership of each case until resolution or closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their amusement/vending machine inquiries through various contact channels (phone, email, etc.)
Address customer complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions within agreed timeframes, and ensure follow-up to guarantee resolution.
Evaluate and understand customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, and effectively present alternative service options when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer orders, and file documents.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Uphold equality in customer treatment, fostering relationships to provide exemplary customer experiences.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
College degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Computer / internet usage experience required.
Reliable transportation.
Communication – Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
Strong Time Management – ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent Customer Service – Strives to exceed customer needs at every interaction.
Goal Oriented – Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment and advance within the company.
Interpersonal Skills – good at communicating and relating well to all kinds of people.
