Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapists.
Ensure high‑quality patient care and exceed expectations.
Build personal and professional connections with patients and team members.
Continuously grow professionally and foster a learning environment for the team.
Collaborate with a community of Physical Therapists, mentors, andIncludes regional leadership.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist with an accredited PT program.
Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
Commitment to providing the best patient care and a culture of integrity and compassion.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
