Position Overview The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) will provide high‑quality touchpoints in key accounts locally to support the sales team. They maintain relationships with key providers at hospitals, focus on the patient experience, and perform pre‑fitting tasks, documentation collection, EMR set‑up, product in‑services, and inventory coordination.
Responsibilities
Work within assigned key accounts to provide quality and timely fittings for patients.
Assist in providing additional documentation from patients and providers post‑fitting.
Provide initial patient fittings and field‑based follow‑up tasks.
Support EMR set‑up within key accounts to ease order processing.
Recommend process and training for patient compliance to the care team.
Link the SWO renewal process back to the physicians for continuing care.
Provide clinical in‑services to personnel within key accounts.
Manage inventory for fittings in local areas.
Support SWO growth and maintenance within established accounts.
Forecast and regulate inventory management needs.
Support follow‑up tasks for renewals, discharge dates, delivery documentation, and clinical documentation.
Review CareStation reports for patient‑triggered episodes and events to communicate with providers.

Qualifications Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in sciences or business).
Minimum 2 years industry experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or comparable healthcare setting.
Proficient with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems.
Excellent communication skills and cross‑collaboration between modalities and functions.
Ability to consistently work remotely.
Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Prior experience in medical device and/or DME.
Minimum 2 years in electrophysiology, cardiology, nursing, or cardiac medical device.
3+ years experience in cardiology space including patient education.
Experience working with Sales Leaders and Territory Managers.
Start‑up experience executing strategy with clear direction and communication.
Mission‑driven for improving heart‑failure patients’ quality of life.
Additional Information SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
Work environment: Frequent local travel, work in various office‑like conditions, extended hours when needed. Kestra manufactures life‑saving products regulated by the FDA; drug‑free workplace; testing required post‑offer.
Physical demands: Ability to travel, frequent repetitive motions, prolonged standing or sitting, frequent computer and phone use.
Travel: Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air, often >90%.
