You are responsible for spare parts quotation and order processing; You will create and process spare parts quotations and orders based on customer or dealer enquiries; You will clarify delivery dates and create order confirmations; You will also monitor and edit customer master data in CRM and SAP; You coordinate with other specialist departments and are in regular contact with our customers. Education or work experience in an area related to sales support, technical knowledge desirable; Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation; Knowledge of German at a minimum level of B1, both spoken and written; English language skills additionally welcome; Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; Independent and organized work style, ability to work under pressure; Initiative, flexibility and strong social skills.
