Customer Service Representative
Adecco is assisting a client in Passaic, NJ in their search for a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract opportunity with weekly pay at $18.50 an hour. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues. Monitor progress of delivery routes. Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent. 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. Shift Details: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Off Tuesday and Wednesday - 5am - 1:30pm - 30 Min Lunch Pay Details: $18.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
