What You'll Do:
A unique opportunity to work as a Licensed Nurse while also supervising and training our team of Resident Assistants.
Monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled and schedule our team to provide excellent care to our residents while adhering to budgeted hours.
Monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets
What You'll Need:
Active LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license in the State of Texas
Two years of experience working in a senior living environment as a licensed nurse is required
One year of experience as a manager or leader in a senior living community is required
Past experience in scheduling is preferred
