Position
We’re seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Sales Account Manager to expand and manage toxicology and diagnostic service partnerships throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Mesquite, Boulder City, and nearby communities. This field‑based role focuses on building long‑term relationships within key healthcare segments such as rehabilitation facilities, pain management practices, behavioral health and psychiatry groups, addiction treatment centers, MAT clinics, outpatient recovery programs, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physician groups.
The ideal candidate brings strong field‑sales experience, sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to independently manage a high‑activity territory. This is not an inside‑sales or call‑center role; prior face‑to‑face B2B experience is strongly preferred.
This role exclusively covers Southern Nevada and does not include Northern Nevada territories.
Description Full‑time, W2, field‑based
Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Semi‑flexible schedule after training
Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory growth strategies across Las Vegas and surrounding communities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners in
rehab, pain management, behavioral health, addiction medicine, MAT clinics, SNFs, ALતાં, post‑acute care, outpatient clinics, and physician groups
Prospect and secure new business through structured outreach, onsite facility visits, and tailored solutions
Conduct needs assessments and present testing services aligned to client workflows and patient populations
Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments (providers, administrators, clinical directors, operations teams) with professionalism and clarity
Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including discussions around service options and onboarding steps
Provide consistent post‑sale support to maintain retention, satisfaction, and long‑term account value
Track competitors and emerging market needs to adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing service delivery
Manage daily travel across the territory and maintain a reliable, visible presence with assigned accounts
Document all activity, forecasting, and pipeline progress in the CRM
Other duties as assigned
A day in this role may include Meeting with clinical teams, touring facilities, addressing service questions, reviewing testing workflows, identifying gaps, presenting solutions, and maintaining a steady rhythm of onsite visits to both new and established accounts.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in competitive environments
Experience in territory or field‑based sales requiring regular client travel
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse clinical and administrative stakeholders
Skilled in negotiation, presenting, and managing a full sales cycle
Highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
Ability and willingness to travel daily throughout the Las Vegas area and periodically to nearby communities
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare sales experience, especially with:
Toxicology or lab services
Pain management and interventional pain practices
Behavioral health, psychiatry, or addiction treatment centers
Medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) clinics
Rehabilitation and recovery programs
Skilled nursing, assisted living, or post‑acute care organizations
Outpatient medical groups and specialty clinics
Understanding of clinical workflows, ordering processes, and testing programs
Familiarity with regulatory environments (HIPAA, CLIA)
Experience building or growing a territory through proactive outreach and sustained client engagement
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred but not required

Salary & Compensation
Base salary: $75,000 annually
Performance‑based bonuses; high performers are typically on track to earn six figures within their first year (bonus details provided by the hiring manager)
