We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business and grow market share across industrial, municipal, energy, and commercial sectors in the Oklahoma City region. If you thrive in field-based sales and enjoy connecting technical solutions with real-world environmental needs, this role is for you. What You'll Do Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on growing revenue and client base. Prospect, build relationships, and close deals with industrial, municipal, and commercial customers. Sell a full suite of environmental and industrial services, including: 24/7 Emergency Spill Response & Environmental Cleanup Industrial Cleaning & Vacuum Services (tank, pit, internal, sludge removal) Wastewater Treatment & Compliance Monitoring Waste Transport, Disposal, and Waste Management Solutions Partner with operations, safety, and compliance teams to deliver turnkey, high-quality service. Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to client needs. Represent the company at industry events, safety forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. What You Bring 3+ years of B2B sales experience
in environmental services, industrial cleaning, wastewater, waste management, or a related technical/field service. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals. Strong technical aptitude with comfort around industrial processes, fluid/sludge handling, or regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and proactive
capable of working independently in a field environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (mostly local). Preferred: Familiarity with EPA, OSHA, DOT, or local environmental regulations. Experience responding to or coordinating emergency service projects. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000
$90,000 (DOE) Commission:
Uncapped
realistic 1st year total ~$120,000+ Benefits:
