As an automotive sales professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases while providing excellent customer service. Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process, providing a positive and personalized experience. Build and maintain relationships with customers and relay key information about the vehicles and services we offer. Develop and maintain knowledge of our vehicle inventory and dealership services. Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure the customer's paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives. Utilize effective sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales referrals, activities, and goals.
