As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting patients by managing the front-end process for equipment orders and insurance verification. This is a fast-paced role involving inbound and outbound calls, documentation, and coordination with multiple systems. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients Obtain, analyze, and verify referral information Create orders and schedule equipment delivery Educate patients on financial responsibility when applicable Complete insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations Navigate multiple EMR systems to enter and review documentation Communicate trends and issues with insurance carriers to management Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer guidelines Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently Excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience preferred Why Join Us?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
