The Fountain Group is currently seeking a

Customer Service Specialist

for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in

South San Francisco, CA .

0–5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment is required.

Job Description

Pay $21.74-24.50/HR based on prior experience.

6 Month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Hybrid Role: First 8 weeks of Training are 100% Onsite, then will move to 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.

Position responsible for handling complex customer inquiries and escalations, providing expert support in customer interactions, and training and mentoring customer service associates.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback for service improvements and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

0–5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment is required.

Strong problem solving, communication skills, and ability to manage customer complaints efficiently is required.

Advanced training in customer support is highly preferred.
