to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline connection with our clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, and passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and address questions or concerns
Provide accurate product information, assist with order processing, and resolve issues
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through precise data entry
Use computer systems to track requests, feedback, and resolutions
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customers’ experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a client‑facing role preferred
Strong proficiency with office software applications and accurate data entry skills
Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism when assisting customers
