Join Keeler Collision of Ridgefield as a Customer Service Representative!
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm
Hourly Range: starting at $20 per hour, based on experience
At Keeler Collision, we provide quality customer service to drivers involved in an accident or incident. This service representative and receptionist position will be responsible to coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and rental car companies.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Follow up on insurance claims, and facilitate communication between customers and repair technicians.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation related to repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
Organize and schedule consultations and appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the administrative processes
Process invoices, payments, and billing, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Skills
Proficient in CCC preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional and team player attitude
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from work
