What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Create, develop, and maintain reinsurance contract documentation to support broker teams
Draft reinsurance contracts and related documents in collaboration with brokers, clients, and reinsurers
Interpret and assess contracts while performing quality assurance reviews
Provide technical guidance on reinsurance concepts and contract language to stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to resolve issues effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four-Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with reinsurance contracts
Extensive experience with MS Word and proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Law Degree (J.D.) is helpful but not required
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
