Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Equipment Provided
Start Date: February 16
Schedule: Full‑time, various shifts between 8 AM–11 PM EST
Location: 100% Remote
Industry: Mortgage / Financial Services Support (Experience not required)
About the Role We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a variety of ongoing customer outreach campaigns (no straight cold calling!). In this role, you'll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, engaging with former and active customers to provide information, support, and routing to the appropriate teams.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, comfortable on the phone, and looking to grow within a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls through our automated dialer as part of specific mortgage‑related campaigns.
Receive and handle inbound customer calls.
Identify customer needs and route them to the correct department.
Follow scripted call flows while maintaining professionalism and strong customer engagement.
Adapt as campaigns change based on business needs.
What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or GED
1–2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience
Prior outbound dialing experience (comfortable handling rejection)
Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
Preferred (Not Required):
Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services experience
Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, or phone‑based sales experience
Shifts Candidates may be assigned to one of the following Monday–Friday EST schedules based on business need:
8 AM–5 PM
9 AM–6 PM
11 AM–8 PM
2 PM–11 PM
The more shift‑flexible you are, the stronger your consideration.
Additional
Must be comfortable working one Saturday morning per month (you will receive a weekday off that week).
Training will likely run 9 AM–6 PM EST.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
