強奸> The position is responsible for the successful management of the parts and service sales force, implementing and marketing the parts and service sales strategic business plan in alignment with the company’s vision, values, and mission. The manager evaluates, allocates, and directs physical and financial resources for the department, provides visionary leadership, develops the parts and service sales team, oversees daily operations, builds collaborative teams, and manages customer satisfaction in partnership with parts, service, and corporate management. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Develop, direct, and control the annual business plan for parts and service sales in collaboration with sales, parts and service management, marketing, and Caterpillar to satisfy customer needs and increase market share.
Select, develop, and evaluate the product support sales force, employing consistent selection processes and situational leadership to foster values‑based work practices and ensure sufficient human resources.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend market development strategies, using Caterpillar as a primary resource, to support long‑term stability, success, and consistency across the company.
Resolve product support customer concerns through collaboration with local, executive parts and service management, and regional sales managers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business relationships.
Coordinate with the Marketing Director on the completion and follow‑up of the Customer Satisfaction Program product support survey process to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
