This is a full‑time position for a career‑minded business development professional who wants autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful.

You’ll work closely with and be mentored by DRYCO’s Director of Business Development, who has driven significant growth in the Bay Area and will invest directly in your development.

This role is people‑first and primarily off‑site, designed for someone based in the greater Sacramento area who’s ready to work hard, show up consistently, and grow fast.

You’ll work independently for day‑to‑day responsibilities, with regular in‑person attendance at local meetings, events, tradeshows, and relationship‑building activities throughout the Sacramento region.
