Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in

PT, OT, or SLP

(DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.)

Active California license

or ability to obtain

3+ years

of direct patient care experience

Inpatient Rehab experience preferred

Prior leadership experience as

Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy

Proven ability to

hold team members accountable
