GENERAL SUMMARY The Director of the ENA Foundation contributes to the success of ENA by ensuring the financial sustainability of the ENA Foundation through the development and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and annual giving strategies. The role will work closely with the Foundation Board of Trustees, Foundation committees and ENA StaffCY create strategy to cultivate andirchen donors and partners. The Director of the ENA Foundation is the principal contact for all foundation funders to ensure steady funding streams to meet ENA needs and budgeted goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, implements, and evaluates outreach programs and key fundraising strategies to successfully support the mission of the ENA Foundation. Utilotlates databases and CRM tools to track and manage donor activity.

Oversees the progress of established goals, benchmarks, and year-to-year variances of engagement and solicitation campaigns.

Oversees the annual appeal program, including memorial gifts, bequests, and the employee giving program for the purpose of increasing donor participation and revenue, while strengthen don' relationships.

Works closely with the Foundation Board of Trustees to help create and develop corporate support. Develops and maintains external relationships to facilitate opportunities for donation, including sponsorship.Advise.

Develops and oversees stewardship plan to maintain personal, regular communication with annual giving donors through effective communications, events and cultivation activities including donor recognition and individual donor societies.

Provides strategic oversight for sponsorship and fundraising events. Leads the strategy for the annual stewardship event during ENweek. and provides key connections for the ENA annual conference.

Develops annual budget in conjunction with the Finance team. Prepares regular, reconciled fiscal reports on individual, foundation, and corporate fundraising activities coordinated with the ENA Finance Department.

Builds and fosters collaborative relationships with the Foundation Trustees. Initiates and facilitates introductions of Trustees to appropriate parties and engages trustee presence on volunteer committees and attendance at sponsorship and fundraising events.

Empowers employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegates responsibility and expects accountability and regular feedback.

Collaborates with ENA Human Resources عصر for the recruiting, onboarding, retention, professional development and performance management of the Foundation team.

Contributes to the workplace culture that is consistent with the association’s culture statement and emphasizes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Performs additional related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and Dominic experience

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with non-profit, philanthropic or corporate giving and managing donor contributions and recognition

Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Relevant Professional Certification

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This position is an exempt/salaried position. The targeted salary range is $135k-$155k annually. Compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including experience, education, certifications or specialized training, skill level and operational needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing in an exchange of information; collect, compile and prepare work documents; set-up and maintain work files, participate in meetings. Use of the computer, with repetitive motion, is approximately 80%.

WORKING CONDITIONS Majority of work is performed in a general office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
