Position Description
Angels Automotive is seeking a
high-performing Service Advisor
with a strong personality, proven sales ability, and
3+ years of automotive industry experience . This role is responsible for managing the entire customer experience — from inbound calls and appointment scheduling to presenting repair recommendations and closing sales.
This is a
goal-driven position
with a structured sales process, clear performance expectations, and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities Position Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales
Greet customers and provide a professional
VIP experience
Review inspection findings and repair recommendations with customers
Present pricing, timelines, and value clearly and ethically
Close approved repairs and follow up on declined or pending work
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
Phone, Leads & Follow-Up
Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into appointments
Follow up on all open estimates, missed appointments, and leads
Perform customer call-backs after service completion
Send shop address, directions, and coupons to customers
Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows
Service Operations
Check in customers and vehicles
Create, assign, and manage work orders
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor repair progress
Process repair orders, invoices, and payments
Receive and verify parts
Assist with Snap Certified / finance applications
Training, Procedures & Compliance
Complete mandatory
30-day Service Advisor training
Follow all company policies, procedures, and sales processes
Implement training materials during customer interactions
Participate in daily meetings and share customer success stories
Marketing & Reputation
Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and testimonials
Assist with light social media engagement when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications Position Qualifications Required
3+ years of automotive industry experience
Proven Service Advisor or automotive sales experience
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish Required)
ASE Certifications- A Plus
Business or related degree- A Plus
Experience with financing programs (Snap, Acima etc.)
Additional Information Compensation
Hourly or salary base (DOE)
plus uncapped commission
Performance-based bonuses
Training
First 30 days: paid hourly training
Commission eligibility begins after successful training completion
