Job Posting: Customer Service Representative - 100% remote
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday on a 1st shift schedule.
Post-Training: Candidates may be assigned to multiple shifts, including required weekend shifts.
Availability: Must be available for any shift between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM in their time zone.
Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided.
Position Overview Pay: $17.20-$18.20/hr
This role focuses on supporting members and providers by handling inbound calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and service authorizations. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues using sound judgment.
Responsibilities
Respond accurately to inbound calls and process inquiries from providers and members.
Resolve customer service or billing issues under general supervision.
Contact customers regarding complex inquiries or to communicate claim investigation outcomes.
Refer unresolved grievances, appeals, and claim issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Listen actively and ask clarifying questions to fully understand caller needs.
Research and communicate information regarding member eligibility, benefits, and claim status.
Educate providers on claim submission processes and treatment plan requirements.
Perform follow-up tasks to ensure member or provider needs are fully addressed.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. This is a fully remote position.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.20 - $18.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
