Are you ready to take your sales career to new heights? At FASTSIGNS, we’re looking for a dynamic Visual Communication Specialist who excels in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales activities from lead generation through project management, ensuring stellar customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Develop and implement strategic Sales Plans in collaboration with the center’s management, focusing on personal and business goals.

Be the first point of contact for walk‑in, email, e‑commerce, and telephone clients, establishing positive interactions.

Carry out consultative selling, recommending products and services aligned with Brand Standards to meet client needs.

Identify new sales prospects through effective strategies and maintain a robust database of qualified leads.

Manage projects using a paperless system, pricing, proposal models, and customer communications efficiently from start to finish.

Maintain a vibrant and organized retail environment.

Support center management with reports and invoices; ensure all work‑in‑progress (WIP) summaries are current.

Prepare status reports for weekly sales meetings and participate actively in staff gatherings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience, visual communications industry a plus

Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas

Able to perform cold calls to secure new business for the center

Experience resolving client satisfaction issues

Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects

Proficient computer and internet skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic math skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
