structured one‑year preceptorship

Position Overview: Director of Rehabilitation This is a
full‑time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation
role within an
Inpatient Rehabilitation setting —one of the most demanding and fulfilling environments in healthcare. In inpatient rehab, therapy is truly at the heart of patient recovery. Your team will work with individuals at some of the most critical moments of their lives, guiding them through a
3–4 week stay
and witnessing meaningful, often dramatic improvements as patients regain independence and return home.
Patient populations include Orthopedic, Neurological, and Cardiac cases, with therapists typically treating
5‑6 patients per day . Success in this role requires more than clinical expertise—it requires the mindset of a

Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate
in a therapeutic discipline ( PT, OT, or SLP )
Accepted degrees include
DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT , etc.
Active California license or ability to obtain one
3+ years of direct patient care experience
as a therapist
Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred
Leadership experience required , such as Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
Demonstrated ability to hold team members accountable
