Salary & Schedule
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, no weekends!
Offering relocation assistance.
$5,000.00-$10,000.00 commitment bonus available.

Summary Site Directors are the daily operators of the TAC sites, responsible for all aspects of the ethical and evidence‑based delivery of behavior analytic services to clients within their site in accordance with the organization’s goals. Site Directors directly supervise and support all persons working within the clinic, which includes mentoring, coaching, training, and providing performance‑based feedback both informally and formally. They also manage the physical plant, safety, stewardship of resources, and fiscally responsible decision‑making.
What You Will Do
Ensure the safety of all site‑assigned clients and staff via routinekach checks, following all safety protocols, and swift follow‑up when concerns arise.
Complete safety drills and related documentation and coordinate with Hope’s maintenance team.
Act as a role model for site employees and parents/guardians, upholding TAC’s core values through feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
Handle sensitive employee relation issues with integrity, individually or with Human Resources.
Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to the site’s employees, including formal performance evaluations and informal guidance.
Provide professional development opportunities to direct reports.
Oversee supervision and clinical experiences for assigned Level 1 clinicians and fieldwork students.
Understand and meet organizational goals and key site metrics; monitor metrics weekly and follow up quickly on concerning trends.
Use SOPs to positively influence key metrics and collaborate with other Site Directors or Regional Directors to share best practices.
Ensure that therapy is provided under an active authorization and that all assessments and re Aq reassments are submitted timely.
Monitor the site’s schedule to ensure efficient staffing and adhere to onboarding timelines.
Keep the site at capacity through strategic onboarding, advanced planning, and anticipating discharges.
Ensure compliance with Hope/TAC policies and procedures.
Champion the site’s weekly billing call: populate agenda, lead discussion, and facilitate problem solving.
Partner with Intake & Billing to prepare assessments and client schedules; resolve issues collaboratively.
Collaborate with TAC leadership to guide policy development that aligns best clinical practices with operational decisions.
Complete all required documentation per organizational expectations and timelines (e.g., requisition forms, reimbursement forms, SharePoint documents, weekly billing call).
Collaborate with the Lead RBT to manage scheduling: create documents, adjust staffing trends, approve schedule changes, and approve time‑off requests.
Provide oversight of the RBT credential process, ensuring each hire earns their RBT credential within 90 days.
Act as an extension of Human Resources for recruiting Behavior Technicians: schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding and training, and ensure competency assessments.
Act as an extension of Marketing & Communications to build community partnerships for recruitment and intake.
Ensure all research‑based activities are carried out with fidelity and accuracy.
Assume responsibility as a mandated reporter for incidents of alleged abuse and neglect, per state guidelines.
Perform all other assigned duties and provide direct care as necessary.
