What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the end‑to‑end technical setup, pacing, and launch of programmatic advertising campaigns
Actively monitor campaign performance and make real‑time adjustments to optimize outcomes
Execute advanced bidding strategies and deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Proactively investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and performance
Collaborate with Account Management to inform and consult on strategic optimization strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands‑on programmatic trading role optimizing Display, Video, and Audio‑based campaigns
Experience with DSPs such as FreeWheel, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, and Amazon
Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate programmatic concepts into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs and bidding strategies
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Account Management, Sales, and Product Teams
Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset and ability to anticipate needs
Passion for programmatic advertising and a proactive, curious approach to problem‑solving
Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with high expectations for leadership and innovation
